Film Sessions
There is just something about film.
Maybe it's the way you don't really have the option to edit film or delete the one that didn't "turn out."
Maybe it's the anticipation of waiting to see how the roll develops.
Or maybe it's simply the idea that film offers us the option to be real in a world so full of editing and filters.
Film sessions are available for
in-home or lifestyle sessions.
Film sessions rarely feature posed photos and are much more documentary. Think Grandpa at the family gatherings vibes (because that's where I got started). You're not going to receive a gallery of posed, looking-at-the-camera photos. You're going to receive candid moments of the emotions expressed during the session.
In-home sessions
These sessions give me the opportunity to document your real day-to-day life.
This is not a posed session, your house doesn't need to be spotless, and the kids don't need to "sit still." Instead, I want to photograph the space you spend time in every day with the people you share that space with. Cook or bake, play a game, or let me follow the kids (or pets) around and document what they do. These moments don't last forever, and I want to help you remember them.

Lifestyle sessions
These sessions are anything you're doing in life that you'd love to have documented to remember without it just being from your phone camera.
This can be anything from a birthday party to a day at the lake to an elopement. There is very little posing during this session. Think of me as the photojournalist who is only there to get the story. (Because that's exactly what I'm doing.)
