We know and understand that you have put time and thought into choosing a photographer and/or videographer, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to tell your story. When we leave a wedding, we walk away confident that we just captured moments that matter.
Payment options
different options for different budgets
1) Discounted payment - pay everything up front and receive a 10% discount on the total cost of your coverage.
2) Four payments - requires a 25% retainer to reserve your special day. The remainder is then split up into three more payments, with your fourth & final payment due one week before your wedding day.
3) Monthly payments - a retainer will be due with a signed contract to reserve your day. Payments are then be due monthly, with the final payment due one week before the wedding.

FAQ
Where are you located?
Our photographers are in the Park Rapids, MN area. Our session prices include a coverage area within a 50-mile radius of our office in Park Rapids. This includes, but is not limited to, Detroit Lakes, Wadena, Walker, Bemidji, and Perham. Travel outside of this 50-mile radius is charged the IRS mileage rate.
Do you travel?
We LOVE to travel. And we'll go basically anywhere!
As previously stated, a travel charge of the current IRS mileage rate is charged if outside of a 50-mile radius from Park Rapids, MN. We consider driving distance to be within a 300-mile radius of our office.
If you are having your photo and/or video coverage further than 300 miles contact us via our contact button to discuss travel costs.
How long will it be before we receive our photos/videos?
- Photo editing can take up to six weeks.
- Video edits can take up to six months.
How will we receive our images/videos?
All edited images are sent via an online gallery where you can download your images, share images with friends and family via email or social media, and order prints and other products.
All videos are sent via Dropbox. The highlight video from your wedding will also be uploaded to Vimeo.
